• 2 cups Heilmen’s Mayonnaise
• 2 Tablespoons Sour Cream
• 1 Clove Garlic Minced
• 1 Tablespoon Dehydrated Onions
• 6 Tablespoons Beer
• 3 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese

• 4 oz. Blue Cave Blue Cheese

1. Blend the first six above ingredients. (Everything except the Blue Cheese)
2. Stir in 4 ounces Blue Cave Blue Cheese (crumbled).
3. Refrigerate 2 hr. or overnight..
